What many people don’t know is that YC reviews applications and interviews startups all year round. Isn’t Y Combinator about doing the whole venture capital thing? Think of Startup School as “YC light.” In many ways, it’s like the full YC program, minus relocating to Silicon Valley and a $150,000 equity investment.
